My Children Were Actually Fighting...

over which one of them is Thing One and which is Thing Two. M thinks he is Thing One because he was born first. Z thinks he should be Thing One because M wants to be. I guess we should probably stop referring to them as Thing One and Thing Two (even if it is fitting most of the time).

so YOU call them Things? Or they want to be called Things? I'm a bit confused... but I don't have kids. :)

have you read "cat in the hat"? the wild little critters who destroy the house are called thing one and thing two
my girls have also been called that a time or two

I think we determined locking them in a big red wood box, and shutting it with a hook is child abuse though...

The boys love thing one and thing two who do all kinds of fun (slightly naughty) things all over the house. I'm fairly certain that if they could choose any career they would both be Thing One:)

Is Thing One the naughtier one?
