When people participate in polls and mark the "I have no opinion on this topic" box? Why participate in the poll if you have no opinion on this topic??? I mean, really, people. Either get an opinion or just don't vote.
Every year on our employee survey there is that box...and our leaders spend half an hour telling us not to use it becuase it messes up the results. But...we can't FORCE you to have an opinion. Go figure. I should mention our box says "Neither agree or disagree" what exactly does that mean anyway?
